“THE DEPTH OF THE HUMAN PERSON REALLY DRIVES ME TO ALWAYS BE THINKING, SEARCHING, AND BRINGING OUT HOPE IN PEOPLE. IT REALLY INSPIRES EVERYTHING I DO BECAUSE I BELIEVE THAT OUR LIFE EXPERIENCES IMPACT THE WAY WE THINK AND ACT, AND WE SOMETIMES DON’T EVEN KNOW WHY WE DO SOMETHING.
I’M MOVED BY FREEDOM THAT COMES FROM HOPE. HOPE THAT SOMEONE WILL BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY ACHIEVE A MILESTONE. HOPE THAT THROUGH A SONG, THEY’LL SEE A PART OF THEMSELVES THAT HAS BEEN HIDDEN FOR A LONG TIME, AND IN UNCOVERING THAT PIECE OF THEMSELVES, THEY COME TO LIFE IN A WHOLE NEW WAY.”
MUSICIAN: I sing songs about real life in all it's forms. The messy, the beautiful, the heart wrenching, and the "so joyful all I know to do is dance". People are complex and wonderful.
SPEAKER: Some topics I speak about - Sustainable Health, The Connection of Spiritual Strength & Physical Strength, A Merciful Father, Freedom is For Us.
WORSHIP LEADER: Leading congregations and small groups in worship is such a joy. I believe that God's newness is for us in every moment that we come to him. He desires deeper freedom for us with each encounter and He is infinitely loving and always merciful.
PERSONAL TRAINER: I believe in God's healing in all our our complex needs. This is one way that I ask God to use me to bring physical healing to those in need.
"Music is definitely Corrie's passion and her enthusiastic style engaged the mind and heart of every age group at our retreat from young adults to those post retirement age and every where in between" - Regina Wright, Evangelization Program Coordinator, Diocese of Syracuse
"I continually invited Corrie to lead music at various campus ministry events not solely because she has a celestial voice but because she is in tune with the Holy Spirit. Corrie is receptive to the Lord and His inclinations which is the mark of a great worship leader. She can lead a congregation in worship because she is worshipping. It's not a show rather it is an authentic time of prayer for the people she is serving and also for herself." - Megan Mastroianni, Associate Director for Youth and Young Adult Ministry, Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
